Icon Bay is a luxury pre-construction condo development which will rise 40 stories and have 300 total units each with private elevator access and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Beach skyline. Completion of Icon Bay is projected for March 2015.

Related Group, which has developed a number of highly praised condo developments in South Florida, will spear-head the development of Icon Bay. The world-renowned design team Arquitectonica has been contracted to design the exterior of the building. The interior designer for Icon Bay will be announced within the upcoming weeks. A waterfront neighborhood park will also be included as part of the development plans for Icon Bay. GEO Arquitectonica, the landscape designers behind the Museum of Modern Art in Miami, will design the bayfront park. Reservations for Icon Bay are now being accepted with a 10% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until the 15th day after the sales contract has been prepared and executed. Below is the estimated schedule of payments for pre-construction condos at Icon Bay:

10% at contract (estimated to take place 3 months after the reservation period)
20% at groundbreaking (approximately January/February 2013)
10% at top-off (16 months after groundbreaking)
