Icon Bay
Icon Bay is a luxury pre-construction condo development which will rise 40 stories and have 300 total units each with private elevator access and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Beach skyline. The building will be comprised of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from 928 to 1530 interior square feet in size. Each residence at IconBay will have 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and be delivered designer-ready. All units will come with 1 assigned parking space but additional spaces will be available for sale. Icon Bay condos will be located at the eastern end of Northeast 28th Street along the water. Completion of Icon Bay is projected for March 2015.
Related Group, which has developed a number of highly praised condo developments in South Florida, will spear-head the development of Icon Bay. The world-renowned design team Arquitectonica has been contracted to design the exterior of the building. The interior designer for Icon Bay will be announced within the upcoming weeks. A waterfront neighborhood park will also be included as part of the development plans for Icon Bay. GEO Arquitectonica, the landscape designers behind the Museum of Modern Art in Miami, will design the bayfront park. Icon Bay will have lavish amenities which will include: an Infinity-edge bayfront pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, club room and theater room.
Reservations for Icon Bay are now being accepted with a 10% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until the 15th day after the sales contract has been prepared and executed. Below is the estimated schedule of payments for pre-construction condos at Icon Bay:

10% at contract (estimated to take place 3 months after the reservation period)
20% at groundbreaking (approximately January/February 2013)
10% at top-off (16 months after groundbreaking)
