The Downtown district of Hollywood, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, features its Art and Design district nestled in a cozy and quaint six block area and is home to many fine restaurants, unique boutique shops, and nightly entertainment venues within walking distance to many of Hollywood’s newest Condos.

Importantly, it’s Art and Culture Center, a private non-profit organization, provides a cultural diversity to Hollywood’s Condo residents rarely available in a city its size. Adult and children’s art classes, after school and outreach programs, camps and other art activities are provided.
